The road bikes have been dusted off, tuned up and ridden...and ridden a lot lately. Many metro mountain bike trails remain closed all thanks to frequent rains amounting to over 4.50" this month.
And just when we thought the atmosphere couldn't spit more rain...it rains again. The Midwest mountain biker can't catch a break!

A solid 1 inch of rain is likely the next 5 days out. The beginning of June looks to remain quite soggy. Sure, a few dry days may allow for sporadic trail riding but, overall, I think the pattern favors wet trail conditions.
Summer brings warm afternoons perfect for biking, but the summer heat and humidity can also spark thunderstorms and severe weather. Be prepared for any type of adverse weather headed your way with Aeris Pulse.
